Release Notes

Version Info

Minor version update containing:
- new Fiddler-Script hook for each decoded AMF body (see description on bottom or documentation for usage of this feature)

Installation instruction

Take the .msi to directly install the inspector into the %user%\documents\fiddler2\inspectors directory or manually install it using the _InspectorLibs.zip package.

.msi installation

Prior installing the .msi, you should uninstall it by right-clicking the new .msi and select 'Uninstall'.

Manual installation

If you decide to install the inspector addon manually, just get the _inspectorLibs.zip package and extract the content directly into the inspectors folder either in your users document / fiddler2 folder or in the fiddler installation folder. If the directory 'inspectors' does not exist, just create it manually and you should be good.

After the installation, fiddler should be restarted to correctly load the extension.

Feature description

Fiddler-Script hook

Add the following method to your fiddler-script to grab the deserialized AMF output using fiddler-script:

static function AmfParserCallback(jsonContent: String, rawContent: Object) {
    MessageBox.Show(jsonContent);
}
hint: the MessageBox.Show is only for demo-purpose, you can do whatever you want to do with the data. The jsonContent argument contains the whole AMF Body message data as JSON string, the rawContent argument contains the AMF Body content in its raw form (as FluorineFX objects).
